Frequently Asked Questions

  • To be eligible for membership of Women in Farming, a person must be a woman, over the age of 18 years and have an interest in sharing their knowledge and experiences about agricultural related enterprises.

  • Members pay an annual fee to their local branch. This fee is set by each branch and may take into account room hire, child care etc. Contact your branch to find out exactly what is covered. Members also pay an annual fee to Women in Farming Inc. This fee assists with running costs such as appointment of an Executive Officer and Administration Assistant, creating and maintaining the website, resource management, annual seminar etc. The 2024 Women in Farming Inc fee is $44.

    The Women in Farming membership years runs from the first day of March until the last day of February the next year so usually 1st March - 28th February.

    A person can join Women in Farming at any time throughout the year.
